Richard’s expertise is in deal origination, securing projects, packaging development projects, strategic property planning, land acquisition and delivery strategy. Richard has been involved in the research and development of modular typologies for several years. He works closely with architects, manufacturers and developers, (both locally and internationally), to bring his knowledge of modular construction to bear on economical and efficient development outcomes.
